RETURN POLICY
Grace Jewels & Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges. We do not issue refunds on items that you no longer need. If you enter a wrong address and immediately do not report it directly to us we are not responsible to issue any refunds. If you do not pay duties / taxes issued to you by your country and the parcel is sent back to us we are not responsible to issue any refunds. In rare cases we allow returns and we will pay for your item to be shipped back to us. However shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please record the video of opening your order as a proof of Received Damaged Product.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are typically shipped out between 1-5 business days. Any orders placed from Friday – Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday. If your order is urgent please send us an email.
We use Canada Post for all over shippings within Canada and UPS for other countries. We charge a standard shipping price which is CAD $10 for all the orders and CAD $25 for Express Shipping within Canada.
